Which guiding concepts and leading intellectual figures characterize documenta? What influence on social do have established actors in the art world and the press? Which events, artists and works of art stand out?

Within the framework of the Frankfurt Book fair and "THE ARTS+", a part of one of the projects of the documenta archiv will be presented publicly in cooperation with the Linguists at the University of Kassel. In the project, all tweets sent worldwide by the visitors of documenta 14 were recorded. At the same time, a special corpus linguistic software analyzed also press texts from the first five and the last two documenta exhibitions most of which are held in the documenta archive collection.

The results of this analysis of the reception of these exhibitions by means of text mining will be presented graphically on a monitor; and in addition, a short lecture will present and answer central content-related and technical questions on October 10, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. on the "THE ARTS+ RUNWAY".
